Set up Alerts

• Every visualization comes equipped with an "Alert When" button, enabling users to set up personalized alerts for their specific visualizations.
• Users can tailor alerts based on specific conditions, including data presence or absence, and choose the element to which the condition applies.
• Customize alerts by specifying operators and values.
• Test the condition to make sure it is setup appropriately.
• For instance, receive an alert when a student or students do not have a Job Title or Job Category.
• Users can specify recipients, subject lines, messages, and choose elements (KPIs, charts, tables) to send in various formats.
• Set alert frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals.
• Define specific times of day and time zones for scheduled exports.
