Visualizations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Charts Tables Features

Visualizations

Let's explore the vibrant world of visualizations, where we offer three exciting types:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • These powerhouses focus on one key metric, presenting it with a dynamic trending line.
  • KPIs are excellent for tracking pivotal metrics.
  • Each KPI includes a title (e.g., Students or Assignment Completion), the value, and a trend line showing monthly variations. Positive trends are green, and negatives are highlighted in red.
  • Click the maximize button in the top right to expand the KPI for a closer look, accompanied by a detailed table illustrating month-by-month values.

Charts

  • Whether it's a bar chart, column chart, spline chart, or area chart, these visualizations bring your data to life.
  • Charts allow you to identify dimensions (like institutions, departments, or job titles) for specific metrics (number of students, compliance completion, initiative completion, etc.).
  • Flexible controls enable users to switch between metrics and dimensions, providing a focused drill-down into specific areas.
  • Hover over any chart for tooltips displaying the x and y-axis values.
  • Click the maximize button to enlarge the chart and reveal an underlying table.
  • All tables are sortable by the x or y-axis.

Tables

  • The backbone of your metrics, tables come in three flavors: pivot tables, group tables, and flat tables.
  • Pivot tables offer aggregated raw data, supporting the rest of your dashboard metrics.
  • Grouped tables, indicated by a plus icon, can be expanded to reveal additional rows. For example, clicking the plus icon next to a manager's name exposes employees reporting to that manager.
  • Flat tables provide a simple, table view of your underlying data
  • Like KPIs and charts, tables can be maximized for a larger view.
  • Pivot tables may include conditional formatting, shading cells based on values such as the number of institutions or job titles.

Features

All visual elements – KPIs, charts, and tables – come with powerful features.

  • Export data into various formats
  • Set up alerts to notify users of specific conditions
  • Schedule automatic data refreshes in the background
  • Easy sorting

Welcome to a world where your data isn't just seen; it's experienced.
