New Features

‘Select All’ workflow for Assignment Progress report configuration pages

 User can select the ‘Select All’ checkbox on the configuration pages to run the report. Once the ‘Select All’ checkbox is checked, checkboxes for the individual records in the configuration page data table and the button in the filter panel will be disabled.

 When the user returns from the report by clicking on the ‘← REPORT CONFIGURATION’, the configuration page remembers all the selected records and shows them in the configuration page data table. 

NOTE: If the user wishes to change the filter, then the user must click on the ‘Reset to Default’ button to configure the report again. 

Export Report Summary of Assignment Progress report

This new feature allows the user to download the snapshot of the Report Summary chart and table in .png format. User can access the Report Summary (.png) option in the ‘Export’ dropdown.

 User will see a message when the download is complete. Since the .png file is download directly onto the user's device, the user will be prompted to save the file. The default file name is AssignmentProgressSummary-<mmddyy>-<hhmmss>. Date and time are the current date and time of the user's device. 

Enhancements

Data visibility in Assignment Progress report configuration pages

User can see the assignments created at their logged in institution and any parent institution up to the Enterprise level on the Select Assignments configuration page. 

User can see the student groups created at their logged in institution and any parent institution up to the Enterprise level on the Select Student Groups configuration page. 

User can see the students created at their logged institution and any subsidiary/child institution (of the user's logged in institution) on the Select Students configuration page. 

Updated Report Summary table with percentages up to 2 decimal places for the Assignment Progress Report

Percentage value in the Report Summary table has been updated to display up to 2 decimal places, allowing for better accuracy when adding the percentages.

NOTE: Chart will continue to show the percentage value rounded off to the nearest whole number. Chart tool tip continues to show the percentage value up to one decimal place.

Mandatory field indicator for Due Date Range label on the Assignment Progress report configuration pages 

A mandatory field indicator (*) has been added to the Due Date Range label in the Select Assignments, Select Student Groups and Select Students configuration pages of the Assignment Progress report. This Due Date Range is required for the ‘Run Report’ button to be enabled.

Refresh button on Manage Reports and Custom Reports pages

Refresh buttons are added on the Manage Reports and Custom Reports page respectively. This will help the user to refresh the data in the data table and see the latest ‘LAST RUN STATUS’ of the reports. 

Student Active Date field in Assignment Progress Report 

Student Active Date field is available in the Assignment Progress report. This is an optional column that the user can choose to add in the report. User can choose to sort the data table by the column or filter the data in the table. 

Student Active Date field in Assignment Progress dataset of Custom Reports

Student Active Date field is available in the Assignment Progress dataset of the Custom Reports. User can add the field in the report or add filter on this field in the custom report. 

NOTE: Student Active Date in the Assignment Progress dataset is same as the Effective Date in the Student Metadata dataset

Insights application ID in user profile created through Insights application (Internal)

Insights application ID will be inserted in the user profile created through the Insights application. 

Accounts tab is not visible on the Settings page in an account context.

Accounts tab is no longer visible in the Settings page when the user is logged into the Insights application in an account context.
