Overview

The information below describes the frequency Insights+ dashboards are updated. We recognize the importance of having access to up-to-date information for decision making.

• Data is updated every day at 8 AM CST and 4 PM CST
• 8 AM CST ensures you start your day with the most recent data
• 4 PM CST serves as the mid-afternoon refresh allowing you to stay updated on changes that occurred during the day

We are continuously working to improve our data update process. As the application enhances, we will work to updating the data more frequently.

Scenarios

Early Morning Review

• Login at 5 AM CST
• All data will be updated to 4 PM CST the previous day

Morning Strategizing

• Login at 9 AM CST
• All data will be updated to 8 AM CST the same day

Afternoon Check-In

• Login at 2 PM CST
• All data will be updated to 8 AM CST the same day

End of Day Analysis

• Login at 5 PM CST
• All data will be updated to 4 PM CST the same day

Night Review

• Login at 8 PM CST
• All data will be updated to 4 PM CST the same day
