New Feature
Bulk Edit Users
Users with the permission to manage other account users (Account Admin and Account Basic) can perform bulk edit operation on the other account users permissions.
Users can start by selecting more than one account users in the Settings → Users table. When multiple users are selected in the Users table, Bulk Edit button appears above the Users table next to the count of the selected users in the table.

When the User clicks on the Bulk Edit button, then a Bulk Edit modal window pops up which show the user attributes (role & permissions) that can be bulk edited for the selected users.

Notes:
- By default, Role & Permissions are NOT selected in the Bulk Edit modal window when it opens up. User must select the role and all the permissions that the user wishes to grant to the other account users. All the existing permissions of the selected account users will be overwritten by the change made through the Bulk Edit operation.
- Role checkbox is enabled after the user selects a radio button for Admin or Basic
- App permission checkbox is checked (but disabled) and carat symbol is enabled only after Role checkbox is checked
User can click on the carat symbol (if enabled) to expand or collapse user attributes: Role, App Permissions, Standard Report, Custom Report Datasets

User must select the checkboxes for the user attributes: Role, Standard Reports, Custom Report Datasets in addition to the permissions under App Permission, reports in Standard Reports dropdown and datasets in Custom Report Datasets dropdown to grant the required app permission(s), report access and custom report dataset access to the selected account users.

Notes:
If the checkboxes are checked for a user attributes: Role, App Permissions, Standard Reports, Custom Report Datasets, then changes to the role, selected app permissions, standard report and custom report datasets will be applied to the selected account user when bulk edit operation is saved.
- If the checkbox of any app permission(s), standard report(s) or custom report dataset(s) is un-checked, then un-selected app permission(s), standard report(s) or custom report dataset(s) will be REMOVED for the selected account users when the Bulk Edit operation is complete if the selected account user had it before the Bulk Edit operation
Save button is enabled only when at least one report or dataset is selected under Standard Reports or Custom Reports dropdown respectively. Once the Save button is clicked, then the user is prompted to confirm before the Bulk Edit operation is triggered.

At this point, user can either choose to click on the Cancel button to abort the bulk edit operation or click on the Confirm button to trigger the Bulk Edit operation.
Clicking on the Cancel button takes the user back to bulk Edit Users modal window where user can make any change before clicking on the Save button again or Cancel the Bulk Edit operation all together.
Clicking on the Confirm button triggers the Bulk Edit operation and navigates the user back to the Users page where a message confirms that the Bulk Edit operation is triggered.

Notes:
Bulk Edit operation can take any where from few seconds to couple of minutes to be reflected on the selected account users.
Cross Product Reporting
A new feature is added in the Insights application to allow the accounts to report on different HealthStream data sources. Accounts can be configured by the HealthStream support team to add non-HealthStream Learning Center (HLC) data source(s) to report in the Insights application. Using the same account in the Insights account, customers can now report on the HealthStream Learning Center data and any other data source example: HealthStream Learning Experience (HLX).
If the account has multiple data sources available, then the user can be given access to custom reports datasets for different data sources example: HealthStream Learning Center (HLC) and HealthStream Learning Experience (HLX).

User can also see the data sources available to them in their Profile page under Account → Data Source(s).

This feature is available in the Custom Reports only. Under the dataset, users with access to multiple data sources can see the datasets available to the user under each data source.

Note:
All other Custom Reports features and functionalities remain same.
