New Feature
Search for Multiple Users
Users can now search for multiple users using email IDs in the Settings → Users page by clicking on the Search for Multiple Users link display next to the Search box.

Clicking on the link opens up a modal window for the user to enter up to 5,000 characters (email IDs) with line break or comma separated.

Based on the emails entered, the user must click on Search button the see the search result. Search results are based on the exact match of the email ID.

If matching records are found, then the system will close the Search window and display the User table with the search results along with the count of the matching search results and the Clear Search button.

If matching records are NOT found, then the system will display the records that we not found in the modal window. User must click on the Okay or close the window to navigate back to the Users table which will display the matching records only, if available.



When the user clicks on the Clear Search button after a multiple user search is performed, the system will remove the search parameters from the User table and restore the data to display the original list of users in the account.

Search for Multiple Accounts (HealthStream Internal Feature)
Users can now search for multiple accounts using account name in the Settings → Accounts page by clicking on the Search for Multiple Accounts link display next to the Search box.

Clicking on the link opens up a modal window for the user to enter up to 5,000 characters (account name) with line break or comma separated.

Based on the account name(s) entered, the user must click on the Search button to see the search results. Search results are based on the exact name of the account name.

If matching records are found, then the system will close the Search window and display the Accounts table with the search results along with the count of the matching search results and the Clear Search button.

If matching records are NOT found, then the system will display the records that were not found in the modal window. User must click Okay or close the window to navigate back to the Accounts table which will display the matching records only, if available.



When the user clicks on the Clear Search button after a multiple account search is performed, the system will remove the search parameters from the Accounts table and restore the data to display the original list of accounts in the Insights application.

Enhancements
Assignment Exemption columns added to the Assignment Progress Report
Exempted By, Exempted On and Exemption Comment columns are now available in the Assignment Progress report.

Users can add or remove these columns in the data table by checking/un-checking the columns in the Columns dropdown.

Users can apply filters on these columns from the Filters dropdown.

Assignment Exemption columns added to the Assignment Progress dataset in Custom Reports
Exempted By, Exempted On and Exemption Comment columns are available in the Assignment Progress dataset.

Users can apply filters on these columns from the Filters sections of the Custom Report.

‘Group Type’ label is changed to ‘Group or Individual Assignment' in the filter panel of the Select Assignments configuration page

‘Group or Individual Assignment' column is available in the Assignment Progress Report
‘Group or Individual Assignment' column is now available as optional field in the Columns dropdown of the Assignment Progress report. Users can add or remove this column in the data table.

Users can apply a filter to the ‘Group or Individual Assignment’ column from the Filters dropdown.

‘Student Group' column changed to Default column in Assignment Progress Report
Student Group column is now a default column in the Assignment Progress report. Users can choose to remove the column from the data table by un-checking the ‘Student Group’ column in the Columns dropdown.

‘INSTITUTION' column label is updated to ‘Created At’ in Assignment Progress Report configuration pages
‘Institution’ column label is updated to ‘Created At’ in the Select Assignments data table of the Assignment Progress report.

‘Institution’ column label is updated to ‘Created At’ in the Select Student Groups data table of the Assignment Progress report.

‘Institution’ column label is updated to ‘Created At’ in the Select Students data table of the Assignment Progress report.

Horizontal scroll bar available at the bottom of the screen for Assignment Progress Report data table
Horizontal scroll bar will appear automatically when the columns exceed the table width. This scroll bar is fixed at the bottom of the screen for the users to easily scroll horizontally.

0 & 1 values changed for columns in the Assignment Progress dataset in Custom Reports
Values for following columns have been changed to support user-friendly terms of ‘No’ & ‘Yes’ respectively in the Assignment Progress dataset of the Custom Reports:
- ASSIGNMENT IS DELETED
- ASSIGNMENT IS HIDDEN
- ASSIGNMENT LEAVE OF ABSENCE ALLOWED
- ASSIGNMENT IS ORG NODE SPECIFIC
- ASSIGNMENT NEXT DUE DATE BASED LAST COMPLETION
Users can use ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ for these columns when adding filter conditions. Custom Report will show ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ value for these columns.
'Disable' label changed to ‘Delete’ in Action menu
Disable button label is changed to ‘Delete’ based on the functionality of the button. This change is made in the Actions menu of the tables in the Manage Reports and Custom Reports pages.

Toast message for Export and Download of Reports
Toast messages have be added to inform the Users when a standard report is exported or custom/scheduled report is downloaded by the Users.
These toast message will appear for the following actions in the application:
- Standard Reports → Export
- Manage Reports → Download Last Report
- Manage Reports → View Past Reports → Download
- Custom Reports → Download Last Report
- Custom Reports → View Past Reports → Download

AO Key added in Account Description of Select Account table
AO Key has been added in the Account Description column of the Select Account table federated accounts. This will help the users identify the accounts based on their AO Key value.
