Assignment Progress Report - Configure by Course(s)

The Assignment Progress Report can now be configured to report on a course(s). 

A new “Courses” option is now available as a Report Configuration option in addition to Assignments, Student Groups, and Students.

If Courses is selected the user will be taken to the “Select Courses” page. Users can search for a course by Learning Name, Learning Owner, Expiration Date, Learning Type, or Course Category.

Enhancements

Assignment Progress Report Configuration Page “Due Date Range” filter - Default Selection Changed From "Current Month" to "Current Year" 

The Due Date Range filter on all configuration pages now defaults to a selection of “Current Year” for a better user experience. 

Update User form - Remove the “Deactivate User” button for Federated Users

The “Deactivate User” button is no longer an option on the Update User form for Federated Users. Federated users are deactivated by removing the “Insights Administrator” role from the user in the HealthStream System.

Custom Reports: Sort table based on Last Run Datetime descending

Reports are now sorted newest-to-oldest by the “Last Run Date Time” column on the Custom Reports page. If a report has a blank “Last Run Date Time” it will appear at the top of the table. 
 

"Deleted" Fields Now Available in Assignment Progress and Assignment Metadata Datasets

The following fields have been added to the Assignment Progress dataset in Custom Reports:

• Assignment Is Deleted: Identifies if an assignment is deleted
• Is Deleted Flag: Identifies if an assignment progress record is deleted

The following field has been added to the Assignment Metadata dataset in Custom Reports:
