New Features
Updated Assignment Progress Report Configuration Pages Filter Panel
‘Apply’ & ‘Cancel’ button added in the Filter Panel
Users will now see ‘Apply’ & ‘Cancel’ button in the filter panel of the configuration pages. User will have to select a filter criteria and click on the ‘Apply’ button see data in the data table. The ‘Cancel’ button allows the user to cancel any selections in the filter panel.
NOTE: Dynamic filtering is no longer available in the data table.

Data is populated once the filter(s) is applied in the Filter Panel. User must apply filter in the filter panel to see data in the data table

Scrollable Filter Panel
User can scroll through the panel instead of scrolling the complete page. This is beneficial for configuration pages like “Select Students” where there are a lot of filter options available in the Filter panel.

Enhancement to Assignment Progress Report Configuration Page Data Table
Count of Records Added in the Configuration Page Data Table
User can now see the count of the records displayed in the data table and the count of total records based on the filter applied in the filter panel of the report configuration page.

Dynamic Scrolling in Assignment Progress Report Configuration Page Data Table
Once the filter(s) is applied in the Filter Panel, the first 100 records are populated in the data table. User can scroll down in the data table to load next set of 100 records. User can continue scrolling down to load all the records in the data table based on the filters selected in the filter panel.
NOTE:
- Pagination buttons are no longer available at the bottom of the data table. User can now scroll down to see more records instead of clicking through multiple pages of results.
- ‘Select All’ checkbox (at the top of the data table) selects the records displayed in the data table

Remembering Records Selected on the Configuration Page
User can now see the records selected on the report configuration page when the user returns back from the final report to the configuration page. Any record selected after applying filter(s) in the configuration page is remembered by the system.
User can iteratively select records in the data table by changing filters for the system to remember all the iterative selections for the records before clicking on the 'Run Report' button.

User can return back from the final report page to the configuration page by clicking on the ‘REPORT CONFIGURATION’ link displayed above ‘Assignment Progress’ label

Upon returning back from the final report page to the configuration page, user can see the list of the selected records in the configuration page data table.

NOTE:
- Selected filters is not remembered.
- 'Select All' options are remembered based on the records loaded in the data table
Applying Filter on the Assignment Progress Report Summary
In addition to the report data table, selected filters are now applied on the Report Summary available in the Assignment Progress Report page. For this purpose, the Filter button is moved to the top right corner above the Report Summary section.

User can select the filters and see the report summary based on the data displayed in the report data table.

'Blank' filter option in the Filter Dropdown of Report Base Data table
A ‘Blank’ filter option for the filter criteria allows the user to view the list of records with a blank value. ‘Blank’ option is displayed as the second option in the filter dropdown after 'Select All' option.

Dropdown pick list expanded vertically to show more options
User will see up to 10 options in the dropdown pick list without scrolling. This reduces the scrolling in the dropdown picklist.

'All Reports' page re-labeled as ‘Manage Reports’
‘Manage Reports’, previously known as ‘All Reports’ is where the user will manage their scheduled standard and custom reports.
New Order of Tabs in Manage Reports Table
The order of tabs in the table has been updated to: Scheduled Reports, Standard Reports, Custom Reports and All Reports.

Dynamic Scrolling in Manage Reports & Custom Reports Tables
Records will be automatically loaded in the Manage Reports page tables (Scheduled Reports, Standard Reports, Custom Reports, All Reports) upon scrolling down in the table.
NOTE: Pagination buttons are no longer available at the bottom of the tables


Default column in Manage Reports Tables
By default, users will see following columns in Manage Reports page tables:
- REPORT NAME
- LAST RUN STATUS
- REPORT TYPE
- SCHEDULED
- CREATED BY
- LAST RUN DATE TIME
- NEXT RUN DATE TIME
- ACTIONS

Default column in Custom Reports Table
By default, users will see following columns in Manage Reports page tables:
- REPORT NAME
- LAST RUN STATUS
- SCHEDULED
- CREATED BY
- LAST RUN DATE TIME
- NEXT RUN DATE TIME
- ACTIONS

Reduced Column Width in Past Report Runs (View Past Reports) table
User can see the Past Report Runs modal window with reduced width in between the columns. This allows the user to access the Actions button to download the report without the need to scroll to the right of the table.
