Defect with Checkboxes on Select Assignments Page

• User can check the checkbox of the last record in the data table without selecting or checking the checkbox of other records in the data table. 

Assignment Progress Report: Date and time data showing as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) instead of Eastern Standard Time (EST)

• Report date time is updated to display in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

HealthStream internal users with the HSTM Support Role are not displaying in the application when assigned limited permissions

• Insights users with HSTM Support role can be created with Access Accounts permissions

Assignment Updated By and Created By always match in APR Report even when user_id GUID differs

• Data is fixed to display the user names (Last name, First name) for the Assignment Created By and Assignment Updated By
