Running A Saved Report on Demand
Saved custom reports and scheduled standard reports can be run on demand from the report management page.
To run a saved report:
1. Select the Manage Reports navigation tab to open the Manage Reports page, which displays your saved custom reports and scheduled standard reports. There are several tabs to help you locate reports quickly.
2. Locate the report that you want to run.
3. Select the Actions column to display a list of options.
4. Select Run Now.
5. When you are prompted to confirm the action, select Confirm to queue the report. When it finishes running, a notification email will be sent to the email addresses associated with the report.
Downloading the Last Report Run
To download a copy of the latest report run:
1. Select the Manage Reports navigation tab to open the Manage Reports page, which displays your saved custom reports and scheduled standard reports. There are several tabs to help you locate reports quickly.
2. Locate the report that you want to download.
3. Select the Actions column to display a list of options.
4. Select Download Last Report.
5. Save the file to your computer.
Viewing Previously Run Reports
To view a list of previously run reports:
1. Select the Manage Reports navigation tab to open the Manage Reports page, which displays your saved custom reports and scheduled standard reports. There are several tabs to help you locate reports quickly.
2. Locate the report that you want to view previous report runs.
3. Select the Actions column to display a list of options.
4. Select View Past Reports to open a list of previous report runs.
5. You can download any of the previous report runs by selecting its action menu and choosing Download.
Editing a Report's Schedule
To edit a report's schedule:
1. Select the Manage Reports navigation tab to open the Manage Reports page, which displays your saved custom reports and scheduled standard reports. There are several tabs to help you locate reports quickly.
2. Locate the report that you want to edit.
3. Select the Actions column to display a list of options.
4. Select Edit Schedule to open the Edit Schedule window.
5. Make any necessary edits.
6. Select Save.
7. When you are prompted to confirm the action, select Yes to save your changes and return to the Manage Reports page.
Deleting a Report
Deleting a report removes it from the system permanently.
To delete a report:
1. Select the Manage Reports navigation tab to open the Manage Reports page, which displays your saved custom reports and scheduled standard reports. There are several tabs to help you locate reports quickly.
2. Locate the report that you want to delete.
3. Select the Actions column to display a list of options.
4. Select Delete.
5. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, select Confirm to delete the report from the system.
