Filtering

Filters in Assignment Progress Report data table allows the user to filter the report data table to a subset of report data. A Filter can be added to any column available in the report. 

Assignment Status

The Assignment Progress Report features the following Assignment Statuses to define a user's progress: Assigned, Completed On Time, Completed - Late, Completed - Failed, In Progress, Past Due, Delinquent and Exempt. 

In the Report Summary, the total percentage of Completed On-Time, Completed - Late, Completed - Failed, In Progress, Past Due and Delinquent is equal to 100%. Assigned and Exempt are not included in the Percentage calculation of the chart or the summary table. 

Generate report at Custom Data Access Policy

Users can run the Assignment Progress Report to view data within their given Data Access Policy. 

Cancel User Invitation to Insights Application

Users with the proper permissions can cancel another user's invitation to the Insights Application after an invitation has been sent. 

This action can be performed only if the Invitation Status of the invited user is still ‘Invited.' The invitation cannot be cancelled after a user confirms the invitation.

UI Responsiveness on Assignment Progress Report page

UI responsiveness allows the application to adjust to the different screen size of the user without any overlap of the various UI components. If the screen size is reduced, then charts and tables stack over one another instead of overlapping.

'All Reports' Navigation Button

‘All Reports’ navigation button in the Insights application header is disabled. This is currently in development. When available you will be able to view your scheduled and previously-run reports here.

'More' button to access report scheduling

The ‘More’ button in the Assignment Progress report header is disabled. This is currently in development. When available you will be able to schedule your report here.
