Updated hStream Logo on HealthStream Insights Application Login Page

Users can now see the updated hStream logo on the HealthStream Insights application login page. 

Import Map Override Icon is Removed

Import Map Override icon is removed from the application UI. 

Ability to onboard a user to multiple accounts

An account user can be onboarded to multiple accounts using the same user invitation email ID.

Assignment Status in Assignment Progress Report

In the Report Summary, the total percentage of Assigned, Completed On-Time, Completed - Late, Completed - Failed, In Progress, Past Due and Delinquent is equal to 100%. Exempt is not included in the Percentage calculation of the chart or the summary table. 

Defect Fixes

192943 - Visible and Hidden Assignment on the Select Assignments page

• Assignments are now showing up with their proper ‘Visible’ or ‘Hidden’ status.

193130 - Data Inaccuracy in Assignment Progress Report

• Users that had Completed an assignment that were showing as Past Due are now showing as Completed

193163 - Assignment Status Discrepancy

• Users that had Completed an assignment that were showing as Past Due are now showing as Completed

193428 - Data Difference Between HLC Enterprise Assignment Report & Insights Assignment Progress Report

• Users that had Completed an assignment that were showing as Past Due are now showing as Completed

193893 - Not all results are loading

• Assignment Visibility status was corrected to resolve the issue.

193897 - Issue / no data

• Assignment Visibility status was corrected to resolve the issue.

193900 - Delinquent status

• Users that had Completed an assignment that were showing as Delinquent are now showing as Completed.

194563 - No Results Found in table even though summary populates

• Data table is now populating with the results.

195201 - Old Student Groups Appearing and missing those created in last 2 months

• Data job was re-synced to pull in recently created Student Groups.

196131 - Different Results in HLC vs Insights Report

• Users that had Completed an assignment that were showing as Past Due are now showing as Completed

197300 - Column Defect When Adding Learning Item Completion Date Field

• If a user adds the "Learning Item Completion Date" field to the data table the column for “Learning Item Enrollment Date” no longer also gets added.

Permissions to schedule a report and manage scheduled reports on Account User form

Ability to schedule Assignment Progress Report

Ability to receive email notifications for Report Scheduling, Successful Execution, Failed Execution and Expiry

Ability to download latest scheduled report execution using link in Scheduled report successful execution email

'All Report' Navigation Button to access ‘All Reports’ page where you can see the scheduled reports. 

'More' button to access report scheduling

The ‘More’ button in the Assignment Progress report header is disabled. This is currently in development. When available you will be able to schedule your report here.
