Updated Workflow on the Assignment Progress Report Configuration Pages

'Reset to Default' button on the Assignment Progress Report Configuration Pages

'Reset to Default' button added next to the ‘Run Report’ button on the report configuration page. This button allows the user to clear the data in the data table of the configuration page. In addition, it resets the filters applied in the Filter panel to the default filters. User can add filters to populate the data in the data table again.

User is presented with confirmation message before resetting the page to the default view.

If ‘Yes’ is selected, the data in the data table is cleared and it is restored to the default view of the configuration page (i.e. a blank configuration page).  In addition, it resets the filters applied in the Filter panel to the default filters.

If ‘No’ is selected, then confirmation modal window closes and all the data including selections, filters applied are displayed as is for the user to continue with the report generation.

Incremental Update in the scheduled Custom Report

Users can choose the receive the latest data incrementally in the scheduled custom report. Updated data is based on the latest record available in any one dataset included in the report. User can choose the dataset based on which the latest data in the report will be available.

User is presented with the check box for ‘Include only new and updated data’ which is enabled once a user selects the report schedule frequency.

Selecting the checkbox for ‘Include only new and updated data’ enables the dropdown box for the Dataset where user can choose any one dataset that is included in the report. By default, it is set to the first data set available in the dropdown. User can change it any time during or after the report is scheduled.
