New Features
Assignment Completion Status in Assignment Progress Report
The “Assignment Completion Status” column has replaced the “Assignment Status” column.
Unlike the Assignment Status column, which was a rolled-up assignment-level status, the Assignment Completion Status column shows the completion status of each learning item within the assignment. As a result, an assignment with multiple learning items can have different assignment completion statuses based on the progress of each of the learning items.
The Assignment Completion Status is a default column available in the report data table. This column is available in the Filters and Columns dropdown. Users can apply a filter on the report data table using this column. This column can also be removed by de-selecting it from the Columns dropdown.
NOTE: The Assignment Status and Assignment Completion Date fields have been removed from the data table, Filters and Columns dropdown of the report.
Updated Report Summary Chart and Table for the Assignment Progress Report
The Report Summary chart has been updated to show the percentage for assigned learning items with the Assignment Completion Status of ‘Delinquent’. Exempt status has been removed from the chart and the label has been updated to ‘DELINQUENT’ from ‘OTHER.’
Report Summary Table has been updated to display information that give better insights into the progress of the assignment(s) by the students.
Total Completions - This number represents the count of the assigned learning items completed by the students based on the selected assignment(s).
Total Records - This number represents the count of the total number of assigned learning items that needs to be completed by all the students for the selected assignment(s)

Define Due Date Range Filter on Configuration Page
Users can define the due date range for the report before generating the report. This change in workflow allows the user to limit the results of the report to a specific due date range of the assignment(s).
This due date range filter is available on all the 3 configuration pages of the report: Select Assignments, Select Student Groups, and Select Students. User must define a due date range to generate the report.

The due date range defined on the configuration page can be changed in the final report by changing the due date value in the Filter dropdown. A user can change the due date range in the Filter dropdown without the need to go back to the configuration page.

Institution Filter Added to the Configuration pages of the Assignment Progress Report
Users can now filter the configuration page by Institution. This is available for the following configuration pages: Select Assignments, Select Student Groups, and Select Students.
The Institution filter shows all the active institutions that the user has access to.
Data in the data table is filtered based on the selected Institution where Assignments, Student Groups or Students are created or available to use.

“Recipients Pick List” and “Invite New User” Options Added to Custom Report Scheduling Form
Users can now add recipients to a Custom Report. The “Recipients” dropdown shows all the users that have access to the data access policy where the scheduled report is created. In addition, a user can invite anyone who does not have access the data access policy where the scheduled report is created.

Copy Custom Report to SFTP Folder
Users with the Custom Reports permissions to “Schedule Custom Reports” and “Copy Reports to SFTP” can now see an option in the Scheduling section of the custom report builder to “Copy Reports to SFTP.”

"Select Profile" Page for Users with Multiple Profiles in the Insights application
If a user has multiple profiles available in the Insights application they will now see a “Select Profile” page when accessing Insights. User must select one of their available profiles to proceed forward in the application. Based on the selected profile, the application will display the Select Accounts and/or Select Data Access Policies page to access the application.
Enhancements
'Affiliation' column label is updated to ‘Institution’
‘AFFILIATION’ column label has been updated to ‘INSTITUTION’ label in the following configuration pages of the Assignment Progress Report: Select Assignments, Select Student Groups, and Select Students.

Default Columns in the Assignment Progress Report Data Table
Default columns in the Assignment Progress report data table have been updated to show the following columns:
- Institution Code
- Institution Name
- Student First Name
- Student Last Name
- Student ID
- Department Code
- Department Name
- Job Title Code
- Job Title Name
- Assignment Name
- Assignment Completion Status
- Due Date
- Learning Item Name
- Learning Item Completion Date
This change is reflected in the Columns dropdown. Except for the Student First Name, Student Last Name, Student ID, Assignment Name and Assignment Completion Status, all of the above mentioned columns can be removed from the data table by un-checking the checkbox in the Columns dropdown.

Expand Dropdown Pick Lists Vertically to Show More Options
Pick lists in the application have been vertically expanded for users to see more options without the need to scroll down. This change is made to all the pick lists available in the application.

Search for Multiple User IDs in the ID Filter on the Select Students page of the Assignment Progress Report
Users can now search for multiple User IDs in the User ID filter separated by line break or comma. This new search box supports up to 50,000 characters.

Rearrange Filter Criteria in Filter Dropdown of the Assignment Progress Report
Filter criteria has been rearranged in alphabetical order for better usability.

Removed Due Date filter from Select Assignments configuration page
Due Date filter has been removed from the filter panel of the Select Assignments configuration page to reduce confusion between the Due Date Range filter.
Removed Assignment Status and Assignment Completion Date
Assignment Status and Assignment Completion Date columns have been removed from the Assignment Progress report. These columns have also been removed from the Assignment Progress dataset in Custom Reports.
Icon and Label Alignments
Icons and labels are aligned to improve the user experience.




Reduced Text Size to Fix Percent and Percentage Symbol in Donut Chart of the Assignment Progress report
Text size has been reduced in the donut chart to better fit the percent and percentage symbol.

Assignment Progress Report Configuration Page UI Clean-up
- Apply & Cancel buttons are visible at the bottom of the filter panel at 100% page zoom.
- “Showing x of y records” shows up left aligned to the left boundary of the data table.
- Page level scroll bars (vertical & horizontal) are no longer available. User can scroll through the content in the filter panel or the data table using the scroll bars available for the table or the filter panel.

Manage Reports - Sort Data by “Last Run Datetime” in Descending Order
Scheduled reports appear sorted by the Last Run Datetime in descending order for better user experience.

Manage Reports - 'Run Now' Button is Disabled if Report is "Queued" or "In Progress"

Custom Reports - 'Run Now' & ‘Edit Report’ Buttons are Disabled if Report is "Queued" or "In Progress"

Fixed Report Tile on Standard Reports page
Tile size was revised to improve the usability in accessing the Assignment Progress report.

Create SSH Key (SFTP) permission moved under App Permissions
In Create/Edit User forms, the Create SSH Key (SFTP) permission has been moved from under ‘Standard Reports’ to the ‘App Permissions’ section since this permission is applicable to both Standard and Custom Reports.
Data Refresh Frequency in Assignment Progress Report
Data refresh frequency has been updated to every 3 hours in the various data tables: Select Assignments, Select Student Groups, Select Students and the Assignment Progress report.
