Internal users can now see the updated subscription type in the Account form. 

Update Permissions for HSTM Support role

HSTM support role permissions to create and manage accounts have been renamed and streamlined to avoid confusion.

Group Type column and Filter on Select Assignments page of Assignment Progress Report  

Users can now see the Group Type column and filter to identify if an assignment is a Group Assignment or Individual assignment. Filter is set to ‘Group’ assignment by default.

Student ID added as standard column in Assignment Progress report data table

Student ID column is available as the first column in the Assignment Progress report data table. 

Freeze column header in Assignment Progress report data table

User can now scroll through the data table without losing the context of the column names.

193162 - Assignment Configuration: Assignment Name Broken Foot Error when Apostrophe is in the Assignment Name

• Assignment name search now supports search of an assignment name with special character. 

Dormant Features

Edit Scheduled Standard Report

Users can edit the saved schedule parameters of a scheduled standard report through the Edit Schedule option in the Actions dropdown. 

Remove Edit Report Option

Edit Report option has been removed from the Actions dropdown of the All Reports data table. 

Disable Scheduled Report

Users can disable the schedule report from the Action dropdown in All Reports/Scheduled Reports/Standard Reports tables. Disabled scheduled report does not appear in the All Reports or Scheduled Report tables.

SFTP and SSH Key related permissions in Create/Update User form for HSTM Support role 

SFTP and SSH Key related permissions in Create/Update User form for Account Admin & Account Basic roles

Ability to generate SSH Key through multi-factor authentication by the user with any of these roles: HSTM Support, Account Admin, Account Basic in the User Profile Page 

Ability to copy scheduled reports to SFTP folder by selecting the checkbox for ‘Copy Reports to SFTP’ in Create Schedule or Edit Schedule form

Email Notifications for SSH Key expiration

User will receive email notification 7 days before and 1 day before the expiration of the SSH Key. User will also receive an email notification when SSH Key expires.
